This dish will surely bring out the animal in you! Our “animal style” Beef Tartare features Crispy Potato, Shredded Iceberg, Caramelized Onion, Aged Gouda, and our Secret Sauce. We know about those other guys who do things “animal style,” and we just wanted to let you know that when we do it our way, you won’t just want to be “in and out.” You’re going to want to stick around for a few to really savor the flavor.

We know, we know. It sounds like there’s only two ingredients to this one, but get ready for this. Our Tomato and Cucumber Salad is chock full of flavor that you might not have thought of at first. We’ve got Heirloom Tomato, Izakaya Cucumber, Basil Seeds, Dashi Pickled Onions, Petite Shiso, and Amazu Rayu Vinaigrette.
